I am so impressed at how far cookie art has come as you can tell from all the cookie posts I write! And these Victorian inspired little wonders from SweetAmbs, the Etsy store of Amber Spiegel definitely have the Wow Factor! The gold embroidered royal iced flowers and brocaded cameos are just amazing. A graduate of The Baking and Pastry Arts at The Culinary Institute of America, Amber is renowned for her signature orange zest, vanilla bean and cardamom recipe that she finishes with vanilla royal icing. Umm.
