This is Glasgow- Flannery O’kafka for Toto Knits

What a great collaboration between the talents of the Toto Knits and the vision of photographer (and my internet pal) Flannery O’Kafka. This collection is inspired by Glasgow: the shipbuilding heritage, the grey skies, and the mix of vintage and modern designs worn on the city’s streets today. Bonnets, vintage-inspired helmets, hoods, vests, sweater dresses, fingerless gloves, scarves, booties, and blankets are included in this knitwear collection for children from 0-10 years. Each item is carefully made to order–slow fashion that goes global in an earth friendly way. All the pieces are made from the softest organic cotton and bio-friendly dyes. Knitters are paid by the piece and above fair trade wages allowing them to work as much or as little as they like. And the good news is that even with all that taken into account, these beautiful pieces are all very reasonably priced. Take a look at the full range here!
