Seriously. I am making these. In fact, I wish I had already made them and was about to get stuck into one right now! I don’t usually go for these highly rich, over-the-top, gimmicky American desserts but I think I have found an exception here. And I never thought I would be a fan of red velvet but it has grown on me lately after one too many excellent red velvet cupcakes here and there. So, what do we have here?
