I’m always searching for amazing yet easy recipes… and in my quest for exactly the amazing and easy for Thanksgiving, I came across these Pumpkin Oreo Cheesecakes. I don’t really eat Oreos but for some reason, I find them very appealing when added to a dessert. It’s a sort of fun element, I guess. And kids of course, love anything with an Oreo in it! I also like the sculptural facet of these little desserts.
