What adorable wool felted creations by my friend Marley from lovely Cape Cod…where we were just visiting this week. More on that later. She is especially inspired by mermaids and here is what she has to say about her dolls; “My dolls are born into their individual personalities as I make them, spontaneously, making them truly one of a kind. I’m always switching between which medium I use, soft wool shaped by my fingers or a hot torch to manipulate glass.” And yes, she and her husband have a great little shop on Main Street in Hyannis which has many of her dolls and beautiful hand-blown glass.
