I can’t believe that someone did not think of this sooner. Since neolithic times, tents have always been of boring colors and exuded some sort of sense of austere unfunness. Well no more. FieldCandy tents do not help you with camouflage nor do they help you blend in at the campsite. They are screaming for attention.
Through a two-year development process, UK-based FieldCandy worked with a select group of artists and designers – photographers, graphic designers, illustrators – to create designs that were then transferred to the ultra-light, waterproof flysheet that covers the two-person tent. On the FieldCandy website, a counter next to each design indicates how many of that design are still left. There are many designs with fun titles and they are available exclusively through their website and they ship anywhere in the world. These are so cool, I’m thinking of taking up camping just to be able to wear them!
