I’ve been seeing this chocolate bark all over the web this week and it reminded me to make it again! So easy and delicious.
How to do it:
Melt chocolate in a double boiler (we used Trader Joe’s pound of dark chocolate) and spread it out on wax paper. Sprinkle things all over it. We did: candy cane chopped up (we found some organic ones at Whole Foods), pretzel sticks, mini marshmallows, dried cherries, strawberries and cranberries, pistachios, candied pecans and we made square patches of different variations so when you cut it, you get different yummy flavors. Then we melted white chocolate and we made it Pollock Chocolate as Oona said! Then pop it into the fridge until it’s hard and cut into squares. And here’s our little cellophane goody bag ready to give to friends and family. Bellissima!
And below are my two little helpers. Oona is proudly sporting her new Magugu Toto hand block printed apron with the adorable elephant eating the peanut. I hitched it up a bit so you can see the print (available here)…and of course, her choc moustache!
