Finally Autumn desserts like this Apple Crisp Stuffed Baked Apples. We have had the oddest weather here in NYC. Last week, we were reveling in an Indian Summer and then, all of a sudden, Autumn appeared in one fell swoop! So, of course, with Autumn, I’m attracted to Autumn desserts, especially ones involving apples like this one. Super easy of course. It seems that is a prerequisite for me choosing any recipe these days. And I’m convinced most of us moms are all looking for the same thing. So, here’s to a great way to use up those apples if you did get out to do the annual apple picking. Here was our trip from last year.
