“I am Thankful for” placemats from Oh My Deer. There’s a nice DIY so head over there to take a look.
If you are in the US like me, we are all getting ready for a very important and emotional public holiday tomorrow. Thanksgiving! And whatever one’s background, we can all celebrate Thanksgiving and that’s a wonderful unifying thing as far as I’m concerned.
And even though I get caught up in the beautiful Thanksgiving dinner (and adore cooking and eating good food in general) and celebrating with friends and family, it’s so important to remember why we celebrate in the first place. We don’t want to miss this wonderful opportunity that Thanksgiving affords us to reflect and give THANKS for all that we have and not just how perfect we want dinner to be! And I do love that there is more and more of a focus on that giving thanks at Thanksgiving meals.
Anyway, if you are trolling for some easy and sweet Thanksgiving ideas at the last mo, here they are.
Have a very Happy and Beautiful Thanksgiving!
Lots of love,
jeanne xoxo
